Who we are

TrenchLine Leads ("we", "us") runs trenchlineleads.com. You can reach us at brady@trenchlineleads.com or 5013 S Louise Ave Unit #7194, Sioux Falls, SD 57108.

What we collect when you visit

Nothing that identifies you. We don't use cookies, analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising networks, social media plugins, fingerprinting, or any form of browser storage.

To show you examples near you, our website host (Cloudflare) works out an approximate city from your connection while it delivers the page. That city is used only to center the map, is not stored or logged by us, and is never linked to you. You can type any other city on the page instead.

Like every website, our host's servers process technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver the page and keep the service secure. We don't use that information to identify or profile you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

The maps are drawn from map images loaded from OpenFreeMap, which your browser requests directly. OpenFreeMap receives the standard technical information any server receives when loading an image. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors.

What we collect when you contact us

• Contact form: only what you type (name, business, phone or email, trade, city, message). It is passed through our host (Cloudflare) straight to a private message to Brady (delivered via Discord) so he can reply. The website does not store it, and we don't record your IP address or device with it.
• Calls and texts: if you call or text us, we receive your phone number and what you send, and use it only to reply.
• Email: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and to provide our service if you become a client.
• Booking a call: the "Book a free call" button opens Calendly, a separate scheduling service. Whatever you enter there (such as your name, email and chosen time) is collected by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy and shared with us so we can hold the call. Our site sends nothing to Calendly about you.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, schedule and hold calls you request, and provide services you sign up for. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't make automated decisions about you.

Sharing

We do not sell or "share" personal information as defined by U.S. state privacy laws, and we don't disclose it to anyone for their own marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run our business (website hosting, email, scheduling), and they process information only to provide those services. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Form messages are deleted once they're no longer needed to talk with you. Emails and booking details are kept only as long as needed to respond, provide our service, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then deleted.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing brady@trenchlineleads.com. We'll respond within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking. Since this website doesn't track you, there is nothing to opt out of, and we treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as already honored.

If we have emailed you about our services, reply "no" or "unsubscribe" and we won't email you again.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, with strict security settings that block other sites from embedding it or injecting code. No system is perfect, but because we don't collect visitor data, there is very little to protect in the first place.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
